American Express Membership Rewards - Must you pay the annual fee for each country you have a card in?

I now have the plat card in the usa and with to acquire the idc plat card. Will I pay the fee for both cards or just one fee?

Of course, you have to pay fee for each card issued in different country due to different currency.
