South - Parking questions in Downtown Raleigh

Hello,

I am posting this in hope that someone from Raleigh will be able to give me an answer. Am considering a job offer in downtown Raleigh and am kinda thinking about the parking situation there. Company will be giving me $44 per month for parking, and is suggesting going through Mclaurin parking lots. The most convenient ones have waiting lists and the ones available are quite far away. This is a 6 month position only so am looking for something close by to the Convention Center. Can anyone give me some suggestions or ideas?

Here's a couple of links about parking available in Raleigh. Parking can be difficult to find during weekdays, but the main garages may have some space.
