They are not. The flights show as using different gates at BDL.

It depends on the day. Each day can be different. I checked tomorrow and they are different planes. You can check flight arrival/departure on usairways.com and see if the arriving and departing gates are the same and if the aircraft type is the same. Tomorrow they are a 733 (737-300) and a 734 (737-400) so they are different version of the 737 so they must be differnt planes.
You can also look into the future by looking at the timetable:

Not sure where you can look up flights by tail number which is the only way to be certain. Other than than you can only rule out the same plane or take a good educated guess.
