US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Why can I not get DTW-SDQ ($208 base) to price out on USAir.com?

US has a base fare of $208 from DTW-SDQ. I am able to get the ticket to price if I select one of the expensive fares (like $900) but when I pick the return date I get an error that says that US does not provide service between SDQ and DTW. Any idea how to get the $208 fare to price out?

What dates are you looking for? I hopped over to usair.com and booked a May 30 - June 11 (just to pick some dates) $208 rt DTW-SDQ. Actually, I got through selecting the flights and seats, but didn't confirm the purchase - but it doesn't seem that is where your problem is. btw, the grand total is $338.05. And the fare requires 2 stops over 19 hours.

Remember there is only 1 daily return flight, and it gets into FLL after 5p, and there's no direct service from FLL to DTW. You'll be doing an overnight and still need to get lucky to even be able to book this flight.

Thanks for verifying that it works. I was unable to get it to work for any dates. After reading your post, I was able to duplicate your itinerary. Not the dates that I wanted, but it's good to know that it's bookable. I then tried your outbound with a lot of different returns. Looks like the only availability is on Saturday returns.

Now that I know this requires an overnight both ways, it's not quite as attractive.

You can get there on Spirit without overnight stays for a reasonable price.
