US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Us 4????

Well, I was being nosy the other day and was looking onto the manifest. I saw beside somebody's name that it had US 4 beside it. I'm not sure if I made a mistake when looking at it but could have swore it was that. Could anybody confirm?? Does that just mean a regular DM member??

US4 is a general DM member.

US 1 - Chairman's Preferred
US 2 - Gold Preferred
US 3 - Silver Preferred
US 4 - General DM
US 5 - Pet Preferred
US 6 - Baggage
US 7 - Southwest Preferred
US 8 - pitflyer

The above, of course, we all understand.

This is the status reserved for pets flying in the FC cabin, usually with blue-haired ladies who carry their dogs in small duffel bags.

"Preferred" is a misnomer here; anyone that US can identify as a RapidRewards member is routinely strapped to the wings of the plane. There is a very good economic reason for this: if there are fewer WN elites out there, then WN's market share will go down, thus improving US's market share.

Which leaves us with...
US 8 - pitflyer
...who normally is tied to a tether and dragged behind the plane.
