MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience/training; MBA preferred
2 - 3 years related experience, preferably in airline sector
Experience in loyalty/frequency marketing
Demonstrate personality traits: friendly, approachable, creative, analytical, persuasive, positive "can-do" attitude, and confidence to put forward new ideas to challenge the way things have always been done
Strong interpersonal/verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated success communicating effectively with all levels of employees within an organization
Excellent leadership abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
General knowledge of financial accounting, including general ledger procedures
