What is going on with the website today? I've been trying to book 5 tickets for DCA-SNN for hours. Each time I click on a new page it takes about 5 minutes!
FWIW I flew yesterday from STX-SJU-PHL-DCA. Planes were much cleaner, Captain Ike (had a handmade "badge" that said this") was the FC flight attendant for SJU-PHL and was awesome. Got all our names, was funny as can be, great service etc. I wanted one cup (not going to say glass) of wine and by the end of the flight I probably had 3 as he kept filling it up without any prompting. When I told him "no mas" he said "I just want to make sure you go home happy so you come back, we need all the frequent fliers we can get." He even had coach cheering and laughing when he went back there at the end of the flight. I'm Not sure what he said, but he made the flyers happy and probably won US some customers. On the downside, I did not get the UG on PHL-DC which is the first time I've sat in the back in like 6 months (including LAS trip on 757). I was on a 737-4 and other than the cabin being a bit warm, the exit row was actually nice and the plane was comfortable and clean, especially for a 737. The 30 minute ground delay in Philly wasn't fun, but we were at DCA on time so I can't complain (I know, they do 1 hour 7 min block to block for a 20 minute flight so I should complain I guess).
