Purchased a FC ticket MSY-DCA-LGA-DCA-MSY for next week. We use Amex travel online booking tool. I wasn't given a seat map for DCA-LGA-DCA. Is this a coach only plane or is there a FC cabin on this flight.

There is F on the Shuttle. Not sure about F seat assignments but they sure don't give any out for coach until check-in

Yes there is F. But F assignment is only given at check-in. When you do on-line check in it will assign you a seat in first.
