American Express Membership Rewards - Business Centruion Card From Open

Can anyone relate information or experience as to any distinguishable differences in benefits, spending ability, or other traits between the “AMERICAN EXPRESS BUSINESS CENTRUION CARD FROM OPEN: THE SMALL BUSINESS NETWORK” and a Centurion Personal card?

I have the Biz Centurion. I've read through all the benefits that regular Centurions are receiving and have not been able to tell any differences. Some of the mailings we get are a little different from what some report here, but other than that I've seen no differences.
