American Express Membership Rewards - SPG to Delta transfer time

Has anyone transferred SPG points to Delta recently? How long did it take? SPG.com says allow 2-4 weeks but I'm hoping it's shorter than that.

Also does the 5K bonus post at the same time as the transferred points?

Did this about a month ago and it took about 3 days and yes the 5k bonus posts at the same time ( it just shows up as 25k)

My Starwood Amex spending points post to my SPG account. From my SPG account, I need to transfer points to my Delta Skymiles account. Is that what you're asking?

No.

For any US airlines, transferring points from SPG account should not take more than 5 business days. My past 2 transfers (to DL and NW) took 3 business days while for AF, it took about 2 weeks.
