Anyone have experience with getting a prepaid SIM card in Iraq? According to their website, T-Mobile says I can roam for $2.99 / minute, but I'd like to try to find something for local calls.

Cingular and T-Mobile roam on Orascom Telecom (Iraqna) in Iraq, but I can't find out where to get pre-paid sims or what the rates back to the States are.
Another option might be to look at Thuraya, but it might be close to being as pricy as Cingular ($2.49/min) or T-Mobile ($2.99/min).
