Asia - Motorcycle Tours

Does anyone have or know of any experience of motorcycling through SE Asia, particularly in Vietnam. I've seen a few advertisements on the web, but I wondered if anyone could shed light on the motorcycles, destinations, how hard the bike is on your body, etc.
