Travel Technology - Orbitz.com blocked by Symantec Firewall

I run Symantec Client Firewall, it seems to work properly in general, keeping out what I don't want. However, it also seems to either completely block or greatly slow down access to orbitz.com. When I disable the firewall, I can get to Orbitz just fine, but with it on, it hangs up. I'm guessing it is cookie related, but I don't have cookies blocked for Orbitz specifically or for browsing in general. I normally use Firefox, but the same behavior is there under IE. I looked through the settings for Symantec and the logs, but nothing jumped out at me. I haven't noticed hangups with other sites. Any suggestions?

I use to run Norton's with the firewall and orbitz always worked fine for us as with all websites

I use ZoneAlarm, and it lets me select which programs to block. Doesn't Symantec give you that option?

Yes, it does. But I don't have the web browser software or ports blocked, so I don't know why Orbitz gives me problems.
You need to check the log files immediately after trying to get to Orbitz to see what it is that the firewall is blocking. Most likely, it is not a program or port that is blocked but it is blocking a forwarder for the website. Once you know what exactly is getting blocked it is easy to add it to the save sites settings.
