MilesBuzz! - Reduced Mileage Award Travel to Puerto Rico

Most airlines treat Puerto Rico as a Caribbean + Mexico reward requiring 30000-35000 miles. I have been told 1 or 2 airlines treat Puerto Rico as a North American award (48 contigious states + Canada + Alaska). Which ones? I have miles to use AA, CO, DL, UA, US.

CO has a half off sale rightnow..only until 5/31. The carribean is included in the sale, I'm not sure about PR...
