Hilton HHonors - Why can't I get my membership info from HHonors?

I signed up a few months ago for HHonors and recently called in to take advantage of the Gold upgrade offer mentioned on this board. However, I have never received one piece of HHonors mail, my membership card, or my online login information.

I have called no less than four times to obtain a membership card and my online PIN. I have been told as many times that A) they would send my card shortly and 2) I would receive an email with my PIN information. I still have not received ANYTHING!

I recently wrote to HHonors using their Contact Us page and received the typical "We'll get back to you" form letter, but I have yet to get an answer to my questions.

Does HHonors want me as a valued customer?!? How can I go about obtaining my information to log into my account? Any help is appreciated.

Did you verify that they had the correct address to send things to?

I would give them a call and let them know you are not going to hang up until you get the information you are looking for.

I wouldn't put it that way exactly but possibly, "Hello, I need X information please. Oh, You don't need to mail it to me... I would much rather you just give it to me over the phone as I need it right now. What information do you need from me to verify myself and my account? Oh, no problem, I am in a NYC traffic jam and will be happy to sit for two hours while you get my information." ;)

Also, if you are sitting in front of your computer you can verify if they have sent you your PIN while you are on the phone with them.

I assume you at least have your HH #.

From what I recall when I signed up, although it has been awhile, you are emailed your membership # or at least have that option... to have an email sent to the email address you provide with your HH #. Of course, I could be wrong.

Funny thing, but no longer than 1 hr after I posted, I received my email with information. Coincidence? Hmmmm.

Although I have my PIN and other info, I have similar problems receiving from Hilton Hhonors. Every time I log on to my account, I get a message that they can't send anything to the email on file. It's a correct email and I get every kind of junk mail in the world every day. I don't know why Hilton can't get through to me.

Yes, and a temporary card that you can print out.
