I called the SP desk today to get tickets CLT-TPA using one of the BofA companion certs. My travel is just 8 days away, and the certificate required 14 day advance purchase, but the guy at the desk got it in anyway. He then seated us - not just in the exit rows, but in row 9 on the 321 (where there's no row 8 on the left side). On our return trip, he put us in (exit) row 10 (on the 320), which reclines where exit row 9 won't. He knew all this without my prompting....the guy spends some time on seatguru.com!
To top it all off, he went ahead and put our requests for upgrade in before I even had a chance to ask!
Anyway, it was nice to have someone working that hard to take care of me today. Thanks.
