At the 14 days mark I called again and asked for the packet to be resent. 7 days later I am still waiting. Is this normal for them to take so long? Avis is quite slow and sometimes you need to contact them several times for the Presidents Club paperwork. Once you get it, it is a very useful perk when renting. |
