America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - 'More Flexibility when changing a Flight Fund Award Reservation'

Effective April 1, 2005

You may now redeposit your FlightFund miles anytime after ticketing or make a name change on unused FlightFund Award tickets.

Redepositing Banked Miles

1. Award tickets are eligible for redeposit into your account if they are canceled through the FlightFund Service Center. A $75 redeposit fee will apply per ticket.

2. All cancelled paper Award tickets must be returned unused to the FlightFund Service Center before miles will be redeposited into your account.

3. Once travel has commenced on an Award ticket, the Award is considered used. Mileage for any unused portion will not be redeposited into your account.


Name Changes

1. Name changes will be permitted for Award reservations that are booked on America West or America West Express only. A $75 name change fee will apply per ticket.

2. Once travel has commenced on an Award ticket, names changes will not be permitted.
