US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - PHL Preferred Security Lines

I know this subject always pops up. And I find it annoying that U touts this as a benefit and then tends to blame the Airport, TSA, the unions, and the curse of the bambino for no preferred security lines. I think U and the real world have different visions of "peak traffic times"

I suggest every time we hit PHL and there is no preferred line and there is any significant line we write and/or call Consumer Affairs and Dividend Miles to complain. Of course we will get the standard answer but maybe - just maybe - after enough of an annoyance something will improve!!
