Air New Zealand will offer hotel rooms and rental car deals on its new-look internet booking engine in a move that increases competition with travel agents.

Why exactly is this such a negative ? A new-look website is great news, provided that it is new-look not just the website having a package select option that it suddenly has now. As for increasing competition with travel agents - It works for me.

After investigating the NZ Website, ITN GetThere is still being used for bookings not with Air New Zealand holidays, so no improvements there. Poor show NZ :td:

Clearly the new holiday's reservation service is just another cash grab, and not a well thought out new reservations system as per the newspapers.
