America West Airlines is in the middle of the road, or the runway, as the case may be, when it comes to service quality.

I found it very interesting to note that only one of the legacy carriers (UA) showed any positive improvement and that the other members of the top 6 are all LCCs. Based on all of the PR surrounding CO's superior product I would have expected them to fare a lot better.

Here's the data and to me HP should be lower based on complaints. It's those that are so upset that they complain to me is a better judge of an airline 's performance.
