Starwood Preferred Guest - Was the Zagat freebie offered this year

I enjoyed the free subscription last year. Mine lapsed, and I didn't notice another offer from Starwood. I didn't expect one but I thought I'd doublecheck (I'm still Platinum).

I believe Starwood Lurker posted earlier this year that the free Zagat offer was discontinued.
