Travel Technology - t-mobile.us hotspot access denied at SIN

For the second time this month I can't login to t-mobile.us hotspot account at changi airport singapore. The access is via the "Broadband alliance and Starhub." Thus worked last month. Is it just me, or is anyone else having that problem?

The Starhub login page is very poorly designed. You need to make sure you select the right option before entering your username and password.

I agree. I find the most consistent way of logging in is to click on the area that gives login instructions for the different methods (e.g. roaming mobile customer, StarHub customer, etc.). That seems to tell the site what type of login you are going to enter and therefore it processes it correctly.

You then need to close the instructions window but at least it works.

I use the mobile roaming option and if I just type in the username and password that StarHub sends, it rarely logs me in.
