Is it possible to earn RJ miles on HP flights within the US (without connecting to a RJ flight)? Also is it possible to earn HP miles on an RJ flight without connecting to a domestic HP flight?

Royal Plus Members Can now Earn and Redeem Points on HP Flights
Class of Service Bonus 50% on F Class.
Booking class eligible of service for points accrual on HP to receive ROYAL PLUS POINTS ON HP reservations must be booked in one of the following classes of service: HP F Y H W B Q L K V M
