Hertz - new website?

I noticed this message on the Hertz website, what does it mean:

Important Message for #1 Club and #1 Club Gold Members

In March, Hertz will launch an enhanced website and reservation process. If you are a Hertz #1 Club or Hertz #1 Club Gold member, you will need to re-enter your #1 Club Number and password when you first log-in to the new hertz.com site.

Please make note of your #1 Club Number and password now so you will have quick and easy access to hertz.com when this change occurs.

I didnt know that Hertz was launching a new website? When is it going to happen? Does anyone know any more information about this?

Probably just an enhancement to the existing one which will break the current cookies.
