InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - help finding corporate office address

recently stayed at IC ROME and very bad experience with credit posting. After multiple phone calls, spoke with customer service numerous times but did not get a satisfactory response. Does anyone have the address to their corporate office where i can send a letter about my experience.

Could this back office be a remnant of the old days, when the hotels group was owned by the BASS Brewing company? I guess Burton has another claim to fame beyond all its breweries...
