US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - exchange voucher transferable?

I have an exchange voucher (cont. US) from an oversold flight last year. It is valid until June 05, but I won't have time to go on a trip in the next couple of months. Are these vouchers transferable and/or saleable? The voucher has my name on it, but I don't know if that makes a difference. If they are saleable, does anybody have an idea about the "market value"?
Thanks a lot!

If this was for volunteering for an oversold flight I just got one myself and yes, they are transferable. As for market value you'd have to check on e-bay.
One thing to keep in mind is that the ticket needs to be booked by the date posted, but you have one year to travel. So if there is a place you go frequently you could book the flight with dummy dates and turn in the voucher and then change the dates when you know what they will be. The date change on such a ticket is free, if I'm not mistaken.

thanks a lot! And congrats for getting a free flight too :)
Oh, one more thing: does one get miles for a flight paid for with such a voucher? I once paid for a flight with a $500 voucher and did get miles, but this is not a money voucher but a free ticket in some sense...
for those who are interested, the vouchers sell on ebay in the 250-300 range.

No, the "free ticket" vouchers don't earn miles. One of the downfalls versus the $ vouchers.
