Does anyone still have the booklet? I need to know what plug to use for a HP 1100 series Laptop.
Thanks in advance,
Jon

I wonder whether anyone can help with my Juice question...

I have a Panasonic Toughbook CF-W2, bought in the UK. Last year I bought a Juice 70, because the website looked like it would be compatible, the man in Radio Shack was certain it would be, and it looked like it worked when I plugged it in instore.

It even seemed to work for a bit, from a car cigar-lighter.

But it didn't.

I did a little research at the time, and it seemed to be that the Juice wouldn't power laptops which had a high power requirement. On the bottom of my laptop it says 16V 2.5A.

Any suggestions?

The Product Finder on the iGo website does not list your Toughbook model as being officially supported (many other Toughbooks CF models are listed, but not the W2).

I would contact them and ask what the status of your machine is, in regard to futue plans.

When I bought my Vaio Z1 two years ago, I called their tech support and was told that a tip was being worked on in their lab at that moment, and to wait a few weeks. I did so, and bought the Juice when the tip became available. It has worked flawlessly ans in fact it is powering my laptop right now.

There are wattage limits to the different models. I have the Juice 70, which is more than adequate for my machine (whicj only draws 47 watts). Which iGo model did you test in-store?
