Does anyone know the US Airways *alliance reward amounts for the new classes of service from the US to New Zealand on Air New Zealand? Currently they stand as:
Coach - 80k
Business - 120k
First - 150k
What will the following be?
Business Premier -
Pacific Premium Economy -
Pacific Economy -

I don't think we will be able to book ANZ's Pacific Premier Economy.
Within the Star Alliance, ANA, bmi & Thai already offer Premium Economy on select markets, yet the Star Alliance awards were never adjusted to allow flyers to use their miles for a Premium Economy award.

I believe Business Premier will be equivalent to Business, and Pacific Economy will be equivalent to coach. I would hope the award redeption levels stay the same, even though the product is supposedly enhanced. From what I've read, it does not seem like the new cabins will not have an F class.

Thats my pick too - no awards for NZ premium economy. NZ has updated the booking codes for the new product and there is no award code for premium economy.
I think the premium economy cabin is going to be pretty small and occupied primarily by business travelers. Maybe they feel they will be able to sell all of the seats on most flights, and it's not worth "giving them away" to mileage burners.
