Actually, it was easily cancelled, but...

I was mocking up a PIT-HNL trip to see E+ seat availability on U (I have no U status, so the U and Orbitz sites won't show me E+ seating) when I accidentally hit the Back button. It should come as no surprise that it went BOOM. Then it came back with a reservation confirmation number.

Ta-da - $11,200 in booked tickets.
