American Express Membership Rewards - AMEX Delta Gold Skymiles Card

I need someone's help. I am trying to call the 1-800-430-1000 for the customer service line but do not know my phone password to type in. They are requiring the first four letters. How can I bypass that and get to an operator? I have tried everything! Thanks.

just keep hitting 0, thats what i always do when i need to speak with an operator

Or just remain silent. Usually after 3 or so tries, the system will connect you to a human.
