American Express Membership Rewards - Concierge service at AmEx and Diners Club . . .
What company does Diners Club use for the concierge service? I believe the company is based in Virginia. What company does AmEx Platinum use? The same company?
If I am able to get the AmEx Centurion (black card), what concierge service do they use?
I think the Concierge service AX uses is Circles. That's what someone said over on the VS/MC board for the Merrill Lynch +Points card's Concierge (same company). Not sure who DC uses.

DC uses VIP Desk.

Is InCircle and Circles the same company? Perhaps they changed their name? If I am going to have concierge services I just don't want them to overlap and duplicate themselves.

I think it's just Circles. I may have had InCircle in my head b/c that's the name of some Niemen Marcus point system/whatnot on the Amex Platinum page.

Amex Platinum and centurion definitely use Circles I believe out of Boston. I had so/so experiences with them. Cards for flowers with the missing or wrong names (twice), restaurants recommendations a bit off of what I had asked for. I pretty much have given up on them. There have been a number of post stated others disappoints.
MBNA Quantum card uses LesConcierges out of San Francisco. I've used them once or twice they seemed slightly better. But Merrell Rewards + issued by MBNA does use Circles according to their website.
My Chase Visa Signature uses World Access out of Richmond, VA. I've only used once for a restaurant reservation, but they seemed pretty good, and made a note to use them next .
I think World M/C uses yet another service.
InCircle is a rewards program at Neiman Marcus.

Mastercard World uses VIP Desk. I'm not sure if it is independently chosen by the bank, or if it is a universal thing; but, I do remember logging onto the VIP Desk website through my Mastercard.
