Does anyone have advise on how to transfer miles (aa, dl ect.) to starwood?
Welcome to FT.
To answer what I think is your question - You can't transfer points from AA or Delta or any airline, however you can transfer from *wood to airlines. If you have an AMEX MR card you can transfer to *wood but it's at a steep transfer rate. The best way to earn *wood points, aside from staying at an SPG property is with the SPG AMEX card.
There is a way to transfer if you have a Diner's Club Card, but I don't know the details, as I don't have one.

UA and AA miles transfer into Diners Club and Diners Club points transfer to SPG, but you'll lose ~ 70% on the transfer. Without checking the numbers, IIRC 10k UA/AA miles would = 10k Diners Club points = 3k SPG points.
