I guess they aren't offering any specials for New York. kanerf Mar 7, 05, 10:45 am Thank you for your responses. I guess they aren't offering any specials for New York. The Hilton Club (NYC) is a seperate program from the Hilton Grand Vacation Club (CO, HI, FL, NV) and they do not share promotions. For Hilton Club promotions go to www.thehiltonclub.com. mdmbdumont Mar 9, 05, 6:51 pm These are available only with a referral. PM me and I'll be glad to refer you. Or is it a case where they "show" you the timeshare, but you stay in an adjacent hotel? greatwhitenorth Mar 10, 05, 10:25 am Here is the time-share package for New York from that web-site. It depends in what state you are a resident but the price is the same for all acceptable states/provinces. Enjoy three days and two nights accommodations at The Hilton Club - New York (subject to availability) plus $80 Hilton Dollars for mid-week check-ins. All for $299 plus tax. Mid-week check-ins are Sunday through Thursday. (Friday and Saturday overnights incur an additional $49 fee per night.) Extra nights are also available with this package at a discount--during non peak season from $199 plus tax per night, and $279 plus tax per night during peak season. Peak season travel is October through December. Tax rate is 13.65 %. This doesn't seem like such a great deal, $397 for a weekend, but I've never stayed there. Maybe someone who has can talk about its relative value compared to staying at a Hilton hotel. Robert margaretlb Mar 10, 05, 1:00 pm I am a member of the Hilton Club; we purchased our timeshare in September 2003. The rooms on the Hilton Club floors are beautifully appointed. The Junior Suite: european king bed (very comfortable), 42" flat screen TV, Boze sound system, large room (especially for NYC), lovely design to the room furniture and bathroom, Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The one bedroom: same but with a seperate living room set-up. Two bedroom: combine jr suite and one bedroom. The Lounge will be familiar to anyone who has been to an Exec Lounge. Of course, NY Hilton is all about location, location, location:) I've never stayed in a "regular" NY Hilton room (I live in NYC) so I can't compare. Once you're an owner, you can "open season" reserve a room within 15 days of checkin for $150. I actually have "referrel coupons" which may be a better deal then quoted by greatwhitenorth; if anyone is interested I'll go dig them out and see what the deal is. linsj Mar 10, 05, 7:23 pm Do you stay in the timeshares on these offers?
