HP website has been so slow for me all day...is it me or are they having trouble today?
Are you using Mozilla Firefox? I've noticed that HP's website doesn't like Firefox.
Example (when using Firefox): when you get to the seat selection portion of your online reservation session, even though it lists that you chose 10A and 11A - the seats you chose are not listed once the reservation is confirmed and paid for. Instead, some random seats are assigned for your resevarion.
I do not use Firefox anymore when booking flights on HP's site.
