Hertz - Have tried CDP/PC codes for Kona/Hawaii without success. Assistance appreciated....

I am going to be in Kona from March 25 thru April 1st and need to rent a car.
My preference is either a Jeep Wrangler or convertible mustang.

Every PC code that I have tried in combination with CDP code has not worked. Either Blackout date, invalid coupon, etc....

Can somebody help guide me as to what may work?

Look like it's about $400 no mater what. ($330 base + Tax & Extras)

You can save a bit with Avis, though.
A convertible is available using AWD code P400000 for ($300 + Tax & Extras)
That codes brings the base down to $300 from $429+

To answer your question, I found the Jeep Wrangler or similar at Hertz for $368 before taxes, fees, etc...

So, my target would be ideally around $275 before fees/taxes.

I prefer Hertz or Avis, but Avis only carries a mustang convertible which is Plan B. I am not ready to go to Plan B, until I completely exhaust pursuing the Jeep Wrangler.

So, please let me know if you can find me a Jeep Wrangler in this range.
