US Airways gives back 11 Boeings

US Airways will return 11 Boeing 737 aircraft to the company it leases them from - starting in May - the company said on Friday.

I am sure this makes good business sense in that it takes excess capacity out of the system. Well I hope it makes good business sense :D

I imagine they will replace them with Regional Jets, so frequency should not be affected too much. Just downgauging capacity to meet demand, I imagine.
