Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Help! Travel agents in DXB, BAH, or DOH?

Am trying to locate some good (i.e., non-IATA published) fares to travel from Bahrain, Dubai, and Doha? Can anyone suggest travel agents (and e-mail addresses if you have them) in these places? Thanks.
