Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - AZ call centers

Where are AZ's call centers located? When I called last week (from New York) I could hardly hear the agent, due to the hearty guffaws, sirens, and what sounded like ambient cocktail party noise in the background. I wanted to be there! :-:

I don't know, but I've always received great service from AZ's call centres in the UK and Italy.

I was connected to a friendly agent, who provided great service -- it sounded like everybody around her was having a wonderful day at work !! I can't wait to call them again...

Whenever I call there's lots of background noise, probably they're in a large room with bad acoustics. I get good service from them, so after the first minute I don't notice the noise.
