I have loads of free days and free weeks certificates.....but they dont accept them in the Bahamas (FPO).....Are there any codes or discounts that could work there that anyone knows of....Most of the ones Ive tried so far still want $350-400 a week for a compact rental.
Im going 2/19 - 2/26 this month.

I compact there is probably an Ignis- makes a Yugo look roomy. :D I worked there for a month and an Ignis cost be triple what a full size rental would have cost in the states.
I was unable to find any coupons or upgrade coupons that worked there. Renting and Returning was fun- no computers, everything was written by hand.

but same topic title, so I figured I'd just bump this thread.
We're going to a Freeport TS 12/19-27, 2008. As the OP posted, I discovered that I can neither use my points awards at FPO, nor do you accumulate additional points for the rental. :td: However, I did a kayak search and Hertz still came up as the best rate, so I made a reservation.
With our corp CDP, compact (says Suzuki Swift or equivalent) for $291.72 all in for a week + 1 day. I'm assuming corp CDP benefits, like insurance coverage, don't apply either? Which policies should I take?
Local affiliate is not an HLE, it is "Red Kap Car Rental" at FPO airport. Does anyone have experience with them? Will they honor Pres Circle upgrade policy? OR should I just book the next size up since we really don't want the subcompact or wait to see what they offer/how much an onsite upgrade would cost?
Anyone have any coupon codes that would work at FPO?
Thanks!
