South - Houston Steakhouse Suggestion

I'm traveling to Houston in a couple weeks for the International BBQ Cook-offs that precede the Rodeo. A group of us, staying in the Galleria area, are looking for an upscale steakhouse option.
We've done the Morton's, Ruth's Chris and Palm Steakhouse stuff in the past and wonder if there is a local alternative in the Galleria area that someone could recommend?

I would highly recommend Pappas Brothers Steakhouse. I know they own Pappasitos and Pappadeaux but their steakhouse is awesome. Actually my favorite of all the steakhouses I have been to. It is not too far from the Galleria. Check with the concierge or a google search should give you the address.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've eaten at a Pappas Steakhouse in, I believe, Dallas in the past but had forgotten about them.
Will definitely check it out.
