US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - How long for credentials to arrive for comped status?

In your collective experiences, how long has it taken for credentials to arrive in the mail after you were awarded your status with US...specifically, mine was comped status. I received a phone call telling me that I was awarded Gold and that my information would be arriving in the mail "shortly", but it has been about a month, and I have been holding off making a call -- to ensure that I call the correct Gold line (if there even is such a thing! ?). It is not urgent, and my first trip on US is still almost a month away, but I would like to have things squared away.

Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
