Is there any place on usair.com to find out where their new routes are and when they are starting?

They usually issue a PR to announce it. Check PR's at http://www.usairways.com/about/press/index.htm

I was trying to find an "official" release of the ILM-DCA route I stumbled upon. I did not find it under the PR section or even in the local news here. Here is what I found by playing around with the timetable.
Service starting March 12 (weekend service)
