Has any one else been selected to take the survey on USAirways.com when logging into the site?

The survey was almost as poorly designed as the web site is. But at the end there were 3 areas in which you could make suggestions on how to improve the site. Let's just say I bet they are sorry they asked me that question. :mad:

This is an excellent way to let US Airways know what we as regular flyers think. Take time to fill this survey out and be brutally honest. If every Flyer Talker or FFOCUS member responds then we have a chance to skew the results in our favor which is more, much more needs to be done.

I agree that we ought to be constructive. Generally, I find the site useful...and getting better, e.g., upgrade and seat request at time of booking. I'm actually right at the end of the survey right now, hence came to FT to get reminders about what others have suggested in the past. So far, my two improvements are:

1. E-mail notification of FC request clearing and day-of-flight confirmation of departure time and gate number (like United EasyUpdate);

2. Ability to book mileage redemption on Star Alliance partners (without having to go through Call Center).

I'll now search U site to check out other recommendations.
