Looks like they fixed it.

US 98's first leg, SJU-PHL, is 3 hours late due to maintenance, and it looks like whichever A330 was supposed to do the PHL-SJU run tomorrow morning is going PHL-LGW tonight, with the delayed plane remaining overnight instead and doing US 1470 to SJU in the morning.

Maybe whoever was updating FLIFO was thinking in Pacific Time.
