US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - New CTO in downtown CLT (or is it uptown?)

I read in the paper the other day that they moved the CTO from Ballantyne to downtown Charlotte. I hadn't heard this news anywhere else. It was a quiet move. The paper indicated that the office would be staffed by 3 associates, and open 9-5 weekdays. They updated the link on the website (http://usairways.com/customers/cto/).

Wow - hadn't heard that either. The First Citizens Building is closer to the Square (Trade & Tryon) than the old one they had at One Wachovia Center (at the Hilton). This is much more convenient for anyone in the Center City (sometimes called Uptown, but I prefer Downtown).
