Hertz - Minivan rental from SLC

I am driving to a wedding in San Diego from SLC and I am hertz gold and marriott platinum. I tried to use the marriott deal but it doesn't cover minivans. Does anyone have any ideas? I would be driving over the weekend so I don't know if a weekly rate or weekend rate would be better.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan, I just researched this today and minivans from SLC are expensive any way you look at it. I also found with other car companies offering minivan deals that they are "not valid" in SLC. I finally settled on a FS car and will use an upgrade cert to a premium.

I feel your pain in finding a minivan. Good luck.
