Hertz - Can you earn/spend ZE points in another person's account?

I have some housekeeping questions for Hertz Award points/accounts.

One, can I use my ZE points to get an award for someone else? Does it make a difference if it's a family member or not?

Two, can someone else making a Hertz reservation put their ZE points in my Hertz account, or is this like airline FF accounts where you can only get points for your own rentals?

Three, if I'm making a Hertz reservation and want to get airlines miles instead of ZE points, can I only earn airline miles in my own FF accounts, or can I put the miles into someone else's account, say my sister's?

Thanks for any and all help in advance!

Members may not combine, barter or otherwise transfer Points with or to other persons, unless otherwise permitted by Hertz.

#1 Awards Rental Certificates are not replaceable and are only transferable to a member's spouse or domestic partner.

1 - The ZE1 certificates that I've received from Hertz don't have any name/account identifiers on them. I imagine I could give them to anybody. Not that I've ever tried it, but I don't see how they'd prevent you from doing that.

2 & 3 - The overall answer is probably NO, and I don't know how robust the systems are to prevent it. I 'spose you could TRY. On your next (cheap) rental, put your sister's FF number in. Wait six months or so. If 50 FF miles show up.....bing!! If not, it doesn't work. The challenge is that it has sometimes been 6-8 months to get my own FF miles to show up from Hertz. It's one of the reasons I never ask for FF miles from them anymore.
