MilesBuzz! - Roots Air FF Program

I was recently checking out www.rootsair.com (http://www.rootsair.com) to see if there was any further information on their frequent flyer program. It seems they have an 800 number to register for what they called the "Roots Air - Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan". Does anyone know if they are using Alaska's program?
