There is almost always a swinging door on one side of the normal turnstiles for women with strollers, large items, etc.
Get the attention of the person in the booth;wave your ticket and point at the door/luggage, whatever. The ticket person will usually just open the door.
One of you will probably have to pass the tickets through the reader, too.

Just so others are aware, there were no attendants or ticket windows at this exit. There was a gate that I had tried to grab when someone passed through with a stroller. Another customer must have opened the gate for her. I wasn't familiar with the procedure and plead jet lag. The size of our luggage justified a taxi but sometimes we do things the hard way.

I dont know where the first part of the thread is so I am not sure what was said but.... In the event that there is no ticket window with an attendant, there is a button on the wall to call the station manager. Press that and ask for the door to be opened.
